The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit research and education group supported by its members. Our mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
ULI Atlanta is a District Council of the Urban Land Institute. We offer over 30 high-quality programs a year, serving the Atlanta metropolitan area with professional land use expertise, leadership and education.
ULI Atlanta offers a diversity of programs and opportunities to get involved: be a panelist, particpate in monthly programs, join a committee, volunteer for UrbanPlan, write an article for the quartly eNewsletter - all great opportunities to connect with your peers and make Atlanta a better place to live, work & play. From Urban Plan to Young Leaders, we have committees to challenge every level of experience.
ULI Atlanta is the only local organization where you EXPAND your local contacts, FUEL your passion for your profession, and FEED your soul through community service. We encourage our members to get involved!
As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among local, national, and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.
Founded in 1936, ULI has grown to over 40,000 members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service. ULI’s members are community builders, the people who develop and redevelop neighborhoods, business districts, and communities across the U.S. and around the world.
ULI does not lobby nor act as an advocate of any single industry. We examine land use issues, impartially report findings, and convene forums to find solutions to complex land use problems, collaborating with industry and stakeholder groups worldwide.
